At MTSTORE, operated by French Deli Group LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Due to the mixed nature of our product catalog (food and non-food items), two separate return policies apply in accordance with current legal regulations.
In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your package to change your mind and return any non-food product to us.
Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original packaging, sealed, unused, complete, and in perfect condition for resale. Any product returned damaged, opened, or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for returning a product are the sole responsibility of the Client, unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item, defective product).
Procedure: Before returning any item, you must send a request by email to contact@mtstore.fr, stating your order number and the item concerned, to receive the return address details.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Consequently, no food products can be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a simple change of mind or an order error on your part. This ensures absolute sanitary and hygiene safety for all of our customers.
If you receive any product (food or non-food) that is defective, expired, damaged during transport, or does not match your initial order:
Reporting Timeframe: You must contact us within 24 to 48 hours maximum following delivery.
Procedure: Send an email to contact@mtstore.fr including your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Resolution: Upon verification by our team, if the issue is validated, we will either send a replacement product at our expense or issue a full refund for the affected item.
Once your return is received and inspected (or your claim is validated), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
If approved, the refund will automatically be credited to your credit/debit card or sent via bank transfer (depending on the original payment method) within a maximum of 14 days.
